22. Help, My Simple Templates Disappeared!

Your templates are safe, you just need to move them to the unified template storage because now they can be used by the both builders. This happened when we unified our builder backend. Here is how to access your templates it’s super easy:

• Go to the Simple Templates Page here: https://app.campaigntrackly.com/presets-settings/
• Select all your templates
• Click the download icon, save your template file
• Click on the upload icon on the same page, get your file and upload it. Confirm.

All done. Now you can check and you will fin your templates again in BOTH builders!
