Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for purchasing a CampaignTrackly subscription plan.

Subscription Services Refunds

We issue refunds for our individual subscription services within 14 days of the original purchase of the product during which a transaction actually has occurred (you have a 14-day trial period which is FREE and your credit card will not be charged). For Team member plans, this period is 7 days.

For our Yearly subscription services, we will not be able to process any refunds 7 days after purchase, as we give our customers plenty of opportunities to test our tool before they commit to a longer-term engagement with us, including providing written email notices and urging them to contact us for a 30-minute setup and discussion.

  • Originally we provide a full-featured, free plan that allows all users to create up to 25 free campaigns, which provides enough time for a user to decide if they want to continue using the tool or not.

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving access to or using our software and we will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues. If there are any bugs that you are experiencing, please do not hesitate to contact us about it. We provide Amazon gift cards for every bug the company has been unaware of, that has been reported to us via email.

If you need new features, contact us on our support email and we will be happy to provide those for you free of charge – as long as they do not require a major re-work of the app construct.


Cancellation is easy – just login to your account, hover your mouse over your current plan and hit “delete/cancel/remove”.


Please note, if you have paid CampaignTrackly through a Paypal account, you will need to go into Paypal, login and physically cancel the subscription authorization. Unfortunately, this is how Paypal handles subscriptions – requiring the account owner to go into their Paypal account, click on the pre-authorized subscription payment and cancel it from there. On our side, as soon as you have removed your paid plan we will no longer charge you or collect any payments. If you have canceled your account but still continue to be charged by Paypal, please contact us immediately, so that we can guide you to remove the Paypal authorization if needed.

    • Refund request via our online chat. Just open the online chat. Leave a message, providing your email address and user, and informing us about your refund request.
      • Please allow for at least 24 business hours before we can respond.
    • Refund request by receiving a call from us. Please email your number and when you want us to call you. Please allow for 2 business days to process your request.
    • Refund request by calling us: you can call  (+1) ‪(609) 664-0180‬. Please allow for 72 hours to process your request.
  • We will review your request in a timely manner and will handle in alignment with our Refunds policy and Terms and Conditions.
