14. How to Pay for Paid Subscriptions

This tutorial will walk you through out paid plans setup process. #

Our free plans only offer 15 campaign links that renew every month. This plan is more of an option for your try and assess fit between your business needs and our tool. For maximum ROI on your team, we encourage you to spend time to learn about our tool and if you decide it can help you scale your link tracking execution – to move on to a paid plan that will have more support and more features.

When you are ready to upgrade to a paid subscription plan, you can go to your account to select the plan that you need.

We offer 3 ways for you to purchase plans: #

1. Manual/Offline: This method is reserved for our enterprise clients who need a complex PO + Bank transaction setup.

  • This is an offline process and requires that we send you a pro-forma invoice/contract that has to be endorsed by both companies.
    Once this is done, we provide you with our financial information, so you can enter us  in your system as an approved vendor. After we get approved, your Purchasing department will issue a PO, which will be communicated to us.
  • When we receive the PO number, we will submit the invoice to you and your setup will start.
  • Within this process, we will help onboard you, introduce you to all features, and train you on how to use our tool. We will also implement a few custom features you might need to meet your needs. This is all part of the setup.
  • Once you feel comfortable using the tool, you can either train your team yourself or use us as your resource.
  • If you are looking for a monthly engagement, have up to 7 people on your team, and do not require custom features or special training/setup, you can pay online directly using Stripe.

2. Stripe Checkout (do it yourself using credit card): We use Stripe Checkout, where you can directly enter your payment information after selecting the team package you need.  Once payment is processed, you can go to your Subscriptions page in your account to see if your payment has gone through. If all is well you will now have your new plan reflected in the Subscriptions tag of your Account.

3. Paypal (do it yourself using credit card): We offer Paypal for those customers who prefer to route their payments through the Paypal checkout. We are trying to out-phase it because lack of ability for customers to automatically stop payments unless they go back and manually set this up in Paypal has created issues/complexities in the past.

Since Paypal expects users to manually cancel their subscription even after they have cancelled it with us and due to this feature we prefer to use Stripe and will be sunsetting Paypal.

Our Refunds Policy #

When you purchase a paid plan, please be mindful of our trial periods and refunds policy. You need to cancel your plans for the system to know that you want to exit your paid engagement. Q&A #

  1. Will I be charged right away after I pay?
    • No, all our paid plans except for Enterprise have a 14-day FREE trial.
  2. Do I have to leave a credit card to start with your FREE plan?
    • No credit card is required to try. We give you full access to a PRO account for 14 days. Then we switch to a very limited basic plan
  3. What happens if I want to leave CampaignTrackly?
    • Please make sure you cancel your plan. Cancellation is absolutely MANDATORY because we do not manage each customer manually and unless you tell our payment gateway that you no longer want to pay, it will continue to charge you.
    • Then you can delete your account as well if you like.
    • If there are issue with cancellation or your order, please contact us asap. We are always here for you to support you and will always work with you to ensure everyone is in a good place.
  4. How to cancel my plan?
    • Go to your current plan page and make sure you cancel your plan. Once it is cancelled, feel free to remove it completely.
  5. How to delete my account?
  6. If I don’t cancel my plan but stop using CampaignTrackly, can I require that you pay me for the period that I have not used CampaignTrackly?
    • You need to cancel your account based on the terms and conditions of our service, if you do not want to get charged. We make sure there is plenty of transparent and clear communication with you and it is your responsibility to ensure your plan is cancelled, so you do not incur extra charges.
    • We keep extensive records and documentation of every communication with you and leave our email for contact everywhere, giving you plenty of opportunities to contact us via email, phone, or chat – so in dealing with potential unwarranted complaints, we always provide a full packet of all of our documentation and banks usually accept our secure and thorough approach. That said, always contact us so we can chat and align on things so everyone is happy. We do want all our customers to be happy and will do anything within reason to ensure that this is indeed the case for you.
  7. Is your payment setup secure?
    • Both Stripe and Bank payments are secure. We do not have access to any of your banking or credit card information to make sure nothing goes through our server or database to ensure your data is safe and secure.
    • We do have an SSL in place with additional protections from our firewall and Amazon.
  8. I got double charged despite canceling my plan – what happens now?
    • Just email us – and we will resolve it. We are all dealing with software and payment gateways are not perfect, glitches might happen. But we always work things out with you and iwll never short-change you.
  9. My card expired and my plan was cancelled – what happens now?
    • If you card expired and our payment gateway could not charge you, your plan will convert to a free plan. This does not mean your data disappears, just that we have added a wall that stops you from accessing your information. Please order your plan again – this time with your new credit card, and get another 14 days free on us. You will regain access to all your information in seconds.
