15. Update or Cancel Plans. Change Password. Delete Account

2 min read

Sometimes we have got to move on or the solution simply does not meet our expectations or needs.

Here is how to cancel your paid subscription:

  • Navigate to your Current Plan page, available here.
  • Use the available buttons in the subscription table to cancel or remove your plan.
    • Please give the system a bit of time as it connects directly to our payment gateway and time is needed for the necessary authentication to protect against security issues.
    • You will be asked for the reason to cancel. Please kindly select an answer that seems appropriate. Thank you.

Here is how to update your subscription:

  • If you want to upgrade to a different plan, we recommend deleting your current one, using the steps above, to avoid any duplicate charges.
  • Then, go to the Upgrade Plan page to select the relevant plan you need.

Here is how to update your password:

CampaignTrackly is no longer relying on the website’s native login authentication process – we have not upgraded to the industry-standard, single sign-on secure provider, OKTA.

What does that mean to you:

  • Secure identify verification
  • Iron-clad security for your data
  • Guaranteed prevention from password-related data breaches
  • Time-tested user management, authentication, and authorization from a world-class level provider to ensure 100% security of your and your team members’ identity protection.

To Update your password, simply:

  • go to https://app.campaigntrackly.com/login
  • enter your email address
  • when taken to the next step, click on “Forgot Password”

Here is how to delete your account:

  • If you no longer want to use our app, you can simply use your Profile menu at the top right of the page to access the “delete account” menu item. Or you can click here to access the page directly.
  • Once on the page, follow the instructions to remove your email and data from our website.
    • Please note that you will re-enter your password for security reasons.
