Returns & Refunds Policy Thank you for purchasing a CampaignTrackly subscription plan. This Returns & Refunds Policy is part of our Terms of Use Agreement, which you have to read and accept prior to creating an account with CampaignTrackly. Subscription Services Refunds Free Trial Period All Starter, Pro, and Pro Excel customers can test our plans for 21 days for FREE. No credit card is required to test the platform. Afterwards, if you want to continue to use the platform, you will need to select a paid plan. All our paid plans outside of our Enterprise level subscription have a 7-day trial period during which your credit card won’t be charged. This gives you close a month to assess our platform and request features/work with us to get your needs met. At the end of the 7-day trial, we will charge your credit card. We guarantee full refund of payment within the 7 day trial period. How to Cancel Your Plan with Us If you want to cancel your paid plan, please cancel your subscription first with a simple click of your button on your plan page. If you decide to just delete your account without cancelling your plan instead – you are deleting all reference info on our end and preventing the payment gateway from learning about your cancelation and removing your payment info. This could result in you continuing to incur payments, which never actually come into our bank. Instead, every two months when we audit our payment gateway, we are forced to do refunds and incur extra charges that are hurting resource-strapped businesses such as ours. As a customer, you are expected to please remove your payment information by cancelling your paid plans first before requesting any payments. Refund Process After the 7-day trial period is over our system will connect to Stripe automatically and will charge you the relevant full amount of your contract. We do not control this process manually and we do not have access to your credit card information to edit anything on our end. We will not be issuing any refunds after the 7-day period is over. If, due to a situation out of your control you were unable to cancel within the required period, please do contact us at support@campaigntrackly.com and we will try to help. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving access to or using our software and we will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues. If there are any bugs that you are experiencing, please do not hesitate to contact us about it. We provide Amazon gift cards for every bug the company has been unaware of, that has been reported to us via email. If you need new features, contact us on our support email and we will be happy to provide those for you free of charge – as long as they do not require a major re-work of the app construct. Cancellation Cancellation is easy – just login to your account, hover your mouse over your current plan and hit “delete/cancel/remove” this plan. Please do not delete your account before cancelling your plan. Deleting Your account You can delete your account at any time using our menu on the left of each page. IMPORTANT******* STRIPE Please note, we have discontinued Paypal as a payment gateway for new customers as of January 2023. If you are an existing customer still paying with a Paypal account, you will need to go into Paypal, login and physically cancel the subscription authorization should you need to end your account with us. Unfortunately, this is how Paypal handles subscriptions – requiring the account owner to go into their Paypal account, click on the pre-authorized subscription payment and cancel it from there. On our side, as soon as you have removed your paid plan we will no longer charge you or collect any payments. If you have canceled your account but still continue to be charged by Paypal, please contact us immediately, so that we can guide you to remove the Paypal authorization if needed. STRIPE Please note that if you delete your account prior to canceling your plan, Stripe will continue to charge you as it will have no way of knowing that your plan was cancelled. Disputes When you become a customer/user of CampaignTrackly’s app, before you are provided with access to the platform, you must accept our terms and conditions, inclusive of this policy. Your confirmation means that you also accept that prior to raising any payment disputes, you have to email us at support@campaigntrackly with your concerns, so that we can try and resolve any potential issues amicably – our objective is to always have happy customers, so we will try to support you and make sure we are all in a happy place as a result of our journey together – even if it ends. Our registration and payment systems are fully automated and keep track of every email, notification and transaction – with stamp times and dates. We aspire to operating in the most honest and respectful way possible when it comes to our customers and keeping a detailed documentation of all our communications is part of this effort to provide you with excellent service and meet, and exceed your expectations.
