You Have Requested a New Password

To enhance your password security and data protection, we are now using the industry standard for user authentication – auth0 (Okta).

This means that to change your password, you need to go to our new login page, enter your email address, click “Next”, and select “Forgot password.” If you are an existing customer with an old password, watch this video to learn how to quickly update your access:
