# 16. Help, My QR Code or Ctrly.io Shortener Don’t Work

From time to time for security reasons we might ask you to refresh the connection to our Ctrly.io shortener plugin that governs link shortening, targeting, and QR code management. You will need to go to [Integrations>Shorteners](https://app.campaigntrackly.com/shorteners/) and use the "Refresh API Key" icon shown below to re-activate your connection.
