# 08. Help, Team Cannot Add New Tags

When your team members share with you that they are unable to create new tags, make sure you go to Settings>Teams and click the Gear icon to double-check that the team permissions to create tags is set to Yes.

Note: this is a super-admin feature, so team members always have to loop in their admin. Thank you
